Bonus Room Update

This summer we finally decided to work on our bonus/storage room. There is still a lot of work to be done, but we patched holes, painted, moulding, and layed flooring. We unfortunately did not get a before picture. The picture below is prior to us moving in.

This is what the bonus room looked like when the previous owner occupied it. The walls had never been painted and the flooring never done.

We are planning on using this as a guest room/storage room. We still have to do some decorating, as you can see. We plan on putting up a divider between the two rooms. It is about 230 square feet. We also need to install A/C.
